• CRNA for Johnson City, TN
• Level1 Trauma Center; Must be comfortable with ALL types of cases including OB, hearts, and heads
  4-8 cases per day
• Schedule: 7 on/off, 12 hour shifts (night shifts only)
• TN license required
• Start Date: as soon as credentialing/background is completed (anticipate June)
