Travel Structure

Healthcare Providers can choose to plan their trip themselves with a travel allowance or have all travel logistics handled by DAX. The DAX travel team can assist you with booking flights, rental cars, and lodging. Change of plans? We are always available to help.



Compensation Policy

We pay salaries based on the local market for each role and re-evaluate that market annually to adjust compensation. Teammates will start at different salaries based on their skills and experience.
